GIQ provided a variety of network engineering services to support the Desktop Refresh initiative of a major county in the United States. GIQ services included but were not limited to:

• Emerging Technologies Research and Development (R&D) services
  utilizing Microsoft Vista and IPv6
• Strategic and Tactical Planning
• Network Engineering
• Desktop Deployment and Management
• User Support and Training
• Technical Support and Administration

GIQ provided initial strategic planning and program management of a grant that enabled a state government organization to launch a major federal government funded program to provide small business support to the following types of qualified companies:

• Disabled veteran owned companies
• Women owned companies
• SBA 8(a) companies
• Native Hawaiian owned companies
